General consensus seems like anything's possible. But wouldn't the big adult .com's start flexing their pecks if congress were to start being a-holes?
I could see a congressman / senator one of these days step on the House floor and say something retarded like :
"American people, we need to go after these horrible people that own adult sites and force them to all use .XXX's . "
