I deleted a very important wordpress page i had , I had made a backup of everything that's in a zip file using backupbuddy or something stupid it's all i have left.

When i was searching on how to re-install it said i would need .sql files also which is not the kind of backup i made.


I have all of the files, you would think it would be easy just copying the directories but shit doesn't work..

Anyone have any suggestions I appreciate it
