never used buttbuddy to backup files before ......
.sql would be your database. sounds like you're screwed
1)go back where it was and export your db with phpmyadmin
2)read book on how to work the interwebs
3)turn on computer
4)dump wordpress
5)dump wordpress
6)dump wordpress
