There are people that are dumb stoners, like me when I smoke, I can hardly drive when I'm high and don't want to. Then there are stoners that have some gift of being functional stoners, usually dealers that burn blunts all day long. But they have absolutely no problem driving and actually aren't bad drivers at all, and you usually can't even tell they're high. Let's step back for a second and remember how fucking retarded so many drivers are, sober.
That said, a stoner driving in normal conditions and driving in this test are two different things. In the normal world they are in their comfort zone or w/e and just driving, and here they know they're being tested and are under pressure so I don't really see how it's entirely accurate.
