If US wanted to do anything they would freeze all the bank accounts in US belonging to Chinese billionaires. Wouldn't that be a cluster fuck. lol. they wont. US cannot afford to.
US and Israel can melt (with a computer virus) Iranian nuclear facilities but can do nothing to China or better, NKorea? Laughable.
