I can send traffic via social bookmarking to your blog or site. using your links and KW list.
Ideally you would want to use multiple differing urls (no shortened links). I got 700+ uniques in one day with a small amount of bookmarks. This is not only targeted traffic but also good for your SEO. Definitely worth it in my opinion, just for the SEO factor of it and helping lower Alexa.
