First of all i do appreciate the fact you have replied here, thank you.
HOWEVER:
From memory, epassporte only charged a yearly fee of about 25 USD for a card that is half what you are charging. And I get that you need ID proof, but I have already given you that and you have already approved that.
But that is not the important point,
The thing is Ruth, I ALREADY SENT YOU A COPY OF MY BANK STATEMENT. AND A COPY OF MY PASSPORT AND ALSO MY GOVERNMENT ID. btw i am also in Australia, not some shitty african country or such.
Can you explain why you need a photo of me with my passport and my bank details when you already have my a photo of my passporte and also a photo of my bank statement? (to withdraw to my bank account) Honestly i just think it is un-necessary and this will take me another day to organize and you guys will take another fucking 3 -5 days to see it and approve it, after i already have waited so long.
