That is the situation for most U.S. affiliates anyway. Unless you can't get a bank account here for some reason there isn't much point in Paxum. The same for sponsors paying U.S. webmasters. Why not use ACH instead without a middle man?
Paxum might be tolerable if all I had to do was provide a driver's license and a social security or taxpayer ID and perhaps do phone and address verification where they mail something to me. But having to provide photos of myself, scan the front and back of my credit card, provide bank statements and utility bills, make sure it's in blue ink and all the edges are showing and it better be in high resolution, yadda yadda yadda and then pay $50 a year or whatever plus risk having your account frozen for 300 different things "as a safety precaution" or "as a requirement of our bank" it just makes no sense to me why I would do that. What's in it for me?
