Not saying that it doesn't happen, but for my 10 years there, I've never heard of judges facing corruption charges or even being accused of corruption in the papers, etc. Corruption in the police, that's a completely different animal... I know two guys that were sentenced in South Africa and both received fair trials and sentences for what they did. When it comes to serious crimes, the judges don?t fuck around AT ALL.
From what I've heard so far on the news, this trial won't be easy though and it could go either way, he's the only one that knows what really happened
