~5-20 minutes, take a day off once in awhile if tired or just not up to it.
When I do 20 minutes I basically do a medium pace jog outside. When its 5 minutes I do 20 seconds on/10 seconds off tabata rounds at high intensity.
Mix up things like, jumping jacks, side skips, burpees, knee highs, squats, punchs (with 5lbs weights), etc.
Point is to just give my metabolism a boost.
I view it as 70% diet, 30% exercise.
Also do some weight lifting here and there but nothing too serious or extremely regular schedule.
