I would not redirect mobile traffic directly to adult paysites. The best way to set it up is to redirect it to Plugrush, set alternate url to Juicy Ads, and direct the reminder to Sex Goes Mobile, which is going to be generating quite a lot of sales (based on where the traffic is coming from).

Sex Goes Mobile does way better than any of the adult sites.
