adobe AE or even premiere, or fcp etc. If you have a good editor he can work magic.
I"ve done intros in all those, imagination is the most important.
if you need a hand, shoot me off an email. And maybe i can point you in the right direction or even help you do it. Depending how involved you want it to be ..etc.
