I am Canadian, and I live in Capital City of the country. Nearly impossible to get a job here unless you speak the minority french language. Even jobs like a Garbage Truck guy who throws trash into the back requires being fluent in English and french, reading, writing and speaking.. It's horrible.
That is why I got into the adult biz. I can't find any jobs here because I am automatically shut out due to the fact that I only speak the MAJORITY language.
Luckily, USA is truly a land of freedom and I am able to work for USA over the internet while residing in Canada.
Canada doesn't seem to want me, so I will quite happily contribute to helping the US economy.  |
Its not just Ottawa. The only real jobs available are with various level of government - and you have to be bilingual to qualify for any of them.
Unless you get elected Prime Minister. Then you can learn our second language at your leisure.
Canada is no longer a democracy - but most countries aren't anymore. Its a politically correct bureaucracy. A sad joke of a country.
