You do realize that there are actual restaurants in France and even in Canada called "Coq"? Coq Roti is very popular, as is Au Roi Du Coq Roti. The best Coq I have ever eaten was in St. Hubert. St. Hubert has some nice Coq.
Outside of America, the word "Cock" is no worse than the word "Bitch". Unless you are twelve.
