So annoying to here this bullshit from people who will simply sign up as soon as
they get employed. (Like they should)
Every time I showed a union pay check to someone working my same job as non-union,
the only question they had was "how can I join".
You'll do the same.
Pfffff!

Most of the big unionized auto plants in my area closed up / moved and the only big one left is non-unionized Toyota. They are obviously the only one who could afford to operate in this area because they weren't getting assfucked by the unions.
If you give the unions too much power then they drive everything right into the ground. Hell, they even rape the company on the way out with their insane settlement packages for employees that lose their jobs. Some guys from Ford who were losing their job were going out and buying new vehicles with their settlement money.
Great for the employee for a while, until they lose their job. Then it's back to $13 an hour jobs stacking shelves at the local hardware store for all the poor saps with their grade 12. And those high paying jobs never come back to the area.
