The ONLY reason it is news is because Chicago shootings have been in the news since the girl that was at the DNC or something with Obama happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.
It does not matter what is trending this week; that shits happens all day, every day, somewhere. It just trends in the news every once in a while and when it does you would think it is a sudden epidemic. The only thing new about the news is that the media has decided to mention it this week.
