While in theory you are 100% correct, and almost all the girls do it, MFC can and sometimes will fine girls who penetrate themselves in public. I'm guessing it is haters and guys who get banned from a room who alert MFC about it and they will deduct tokens from you and say you were doing a "hardcore" act, which means penetration to them. However, at any given moment you can find 1000 girls shoving things inside of them, so they are not hawks about it and it seems to be randomly enforced. Most girls who have been there a while have been dinged for this at one time or another, but the amount they make vs the amount MFC fines them is worth it to continue to do it.
