Hi there, I'm guessing you're the person who emailed me yesterday regarding your account and bank verification. I submitted a query to our verification department yesterday, and when I logged on this morning I replied to your email with the information. I also contacted our support department this morning to confirm the status of your application, and it seems that you submitted new documentation in the meantime, and that has been approved.
