Sorry, for me this is disgusting customer service. The correct answer SHOULD BE: Hi, I will close your other account and verify this one. Or, please close the other account and I will verify this one. These answers are bullshit. Payoneer is much more customer friendly in my dealings with them. And if this doesnt get cleared up soon without me having to send 20 tickets or upload dozens of scanned documents I will not be accepting paxum....ever.

This can be easily resolved. You will have just received another ticket reply from our support department with instructions. Please do what they suggest and then you can close your verified account. Once it's closed please upload your documents (the ones you used for your verified account) to your unverified account, and then your unverified account (with the funds on it) will be able to be verified.
This process should only take a few minutes for you to complete, and then our verification department will finalize things. Unfortunately, for security purposes we are not able to transfer documents from one account to another account.
