1) As an affiliate I see many sponsors pay me late as they grow. They tell me about limitations to fund their accounts by ACH as they want to avoid wire fees. They quote a daily limit of 1k$. Christ sake, raise that to 5k. What's the problem? ACH for higher amount is totally normal.

2) Freelancers suddenly ask me to not pay them by Paxum anymore. Why? Their paxum card expired. This happens often. Come on guys, send them a new card before the old expires as every bank does and deduct the cost later.

3) Waiting time. It takes 6 or 7 weeks to receive a card by mail This can easily be cut into 1 or 2 weeks worldwide. At least that is what can be expected for 50 bucks.

Enough said. Cheers.
Hi faxxaff,

Thanks for your input. With regards to your points:

1) EFT/ACH daily load limit for business accounts is $2.5k USD. We use a third party provider for our EFT/ACH option, and we are unable to increase the daily limit at this time.

2) Approximately 6 weeks prior to card expiration we send an automatic email requesting the client log in to his/her account and confirm their address and card renewal preferences. Inside the Paxum Account Control Panel we have a link to Card Shipping & Renewal Options (located by the Mastercard section on the Overview page). Clients can click in there to confirm they want their card to be auto-renewed, and to confirm the address on their account. Card renewals are usually printed 4-6 weeks prior to card expiration, and then shipped with enough time (usually) for the new card to arrive before the old card expires. In addition, we do not require the $44.95 annual fee to be available prior to printing and shipping the card (we print and ship the card for free), however the funds must be available in order to activate the card once it is in your hand.

3) We do not charge any fee for printing the card, nor do we charge for shipping the card standard mail. Typical delivery times for the card are 1-2 weeks into North America, and we ask International clients to allow 4-6 weeks for delivery, though often it does arrive sooner than that. We also offer express shipping for a designated fee.

I'm glad to hear you are happy with our service, and we genuinely appreciate your feedback. If you have any other thoughts or suggestions regarding our service, please don't hesitate to get in touch and let us know. We value all feedback from our clients.
