No debate there. Of course they can access a site if they want to. But at least with a CC there is SOME level of security. If he used it his parent's CC they would see the charge and he might be busted. I think you also need to be 18 to get a CC? (not sure about that tbh).
Anyhow, the whole minor thing was the only drawback I could see from using bitcoins on a site aside from the value of the coins dropping to 0.
