The Courtyard by Marriott Tempe Downtown is not sold out. The public rates are now at $219 plus tax per night. You can check it out on Marriott . com.
I have been providing DISCOUNTED hotel rooms for my clients in Tempe during the Phoenix Forum since 2007. All my clients have booked their rooms but I still have just under 10 rooms left in my contract at $159 per night. I could turn them back over to the Courtyard to sell to the General Public (don't forget the Art Show is that weekend) or as I have done here; let anyone, (such as GFYourself) going to the PHX4UM that does not have a room know about the discounted rate.
