Forced to change password 5 times in 2 years with Paxum, while with Paypal in 11 years I've had to change it once. I will agree that Ruth is on top of it right away, but she has not got access to everything and for more detailed matters you have to go through the "Indian" ticket service that is totally worthless and will only waste your time.
