Take the young one out for some lunch break fun since her part time job has her working off the wall hours and she's free many afternoons. Then at night spend some quality conversation time with the older over a nice long dinner. There's nothing wrong wit multi-task until you figure out which one is best, especially if you're up front and honest about your intentions.
