Nah... thought about it for all of 3 seconds.... even if someone gave me the step by step on how to do this scam, I wouldn't do it anyways.
Besides.... not to mention that they can seize assets and you'll end up with nothing in the end anyways. Sounds like someone better be on a spending spree, or digging a hole somewhere to store the money...
