    HottiesPhotos.com For Sale - over 100.000 unique visitors/months !

    I've decided to sell the only website that I own in the adult niche(no full nudity):

    http://www.hottiesphotos.com

    The website receives almost all the traffic from search engines(mostly Google), and it's growing constantly since the website was lunched in September 2010 even if no SEO work has been done since. The website has received 1,147,650 visitors since lunch, with 108.126 visitors in the last month.

    I haven't done any seo for more then 18 months on the website and there are no paid links.

    The website is earning an average of 266$/month by promoting VirtuaGirlHD via TotemCash. In the right hands of a person that knows how to monetize adult-related websites this website could earn much more with the current traffic. I never tested other methods of monetizing the website beside TotemCash.

    70-80% of the photos on the website were added by me (around 2-4 photos/week) and the rest were submitted by visitors and only approved by me.

      Why was there a sudden drop in unique visitors? I was ripped off from someone selling a domain that was supposed to get a ton of visitors but in reality the domain owner had it where fake hits visited the domain to drive up the value of the domain.

          There is no sudden drop in visitors. The monthly report was made on 16 November so on the last month in the stats you're seeing only traffic for 15 days, not 30.

                      A post/photo went viral on November 5 on Facebook, that the cause for the spike in traffic.

                      Now that you have check the last report, I hope you see there is no traffic drop. In the monthly report the last dot in the chart was for November, the current month.

                          I am sure you've heard of the show The Price is Right. Remember the Yodel going up? That's what the traffic chart looks like... then the Yodel guy fell. There was a sudden drop near the end. Am I missing something?

                              Yes, you are missing the fact that that char shows the monthly traffic, and the chart show the traffic till November 16(so only half the month).

                              If you want I can export another weekly or daily traffic report so you can see there is not drop in traffic.

You should know this well as you said your bid is 2000 and after a few days when it was time to start the sale you said you can only offer 1600$ or 2000$ if I keep updating the site for 3 months after the sale.

One of the main reasons I'm selling the website is because I don't have time to update it.

                                                                                                                                                      Regarding Paypal, I had my account limited 2 years ago (because of spike in sales, and it took a few weeks to clear things with Paypal) so I'm not to quick to judge when I hear something like this.

                                                                                                                                                                          The traffic is 90% organic (from Google). The website had 49,246 visitors in the last 30 days, 242,029 pageviews.

                                                                                                                                                                          I haven't updated the website since it was put up for sale here due to lack of time, this is why there is a decrease in traffic. If someone is still interested the price for the website is 1000$ + escrow fees.
