If needed by any trusted user here I'll provide any additional proof wanted (like video screen recording, or maybe even confirmation from TotemCash affiliate manager).
You did offered to pay directly, about 25% of the sale amount if I remember correctly, and I declined (because I couldn't be sure you will send the remaining amount after, in a reasonable time)
As I said from the start, here included, I agree with a escrow transaction only because it's the only safe way both for buyer and seller.
