The 2257 documentation is not usable. I've requested a refund or a replacement package and am now being ignored. The content is really good but the seller does not provide CLEAR ID's for the majority of the models. Most of the pictures of the releases are blurry photos of the model holding the ID with either a camera flash glare blocking content or their fingers covering important information.
This is not acceptable. As a content seller, you should know better. Please refund my money.
