Oh shit, sorry man. The last couple of months have been really busy. I'll send that asap and on one of these webmaster boards, I quitely posted a decent tutorial on how to do that a few months ago..
It's just a bunch of steps with CSV lists, FHG2HTML, a few thing on textmechanic.com and a couple of WP plugins.
