I have requested "dc0ded" SEO services 7months ago.

now, he says that his credit card has only 1.000 platfond, so he requested money transfer from bank to paypal.
now I'm waiting my refund, 5 days waiting now.
he is offline, he doesn't answer to emails or ICQ messages.
he turned off skype and icq
