If there were a desperate situation where an American citizen would kill or injure other American citizens should that person be allowed to kill a large number of persons for the sake of preserving that killer's due process rights.
We are not talking a speeding ticket or some lower felony crime we are talking an act of mass murder and treason.
As far as the drones from the sky wasting petty criminals -- you were speeding *DEATH PENALTY* this does not seem the case.
As a hypothetical; If the airplanes that were to cause the Twin Towers to fall and the Pentagon destruction were shot down by US fighter jets -- would you object to the deaths of American citizens in those planes? They died anyway with the deaths of thousands on 9/11. Hard choices to make sometimes ...
