very well put together Nick, I think it's great and will save your reps loads of time. we are a traffic network and you wouldn't believe what % of our day is spent teaching new affiliates how to be an affiliate from banner design to properly utilizing their own stats programs. part of me wants to send them to their sponsors so I can get more done but we are all about the customer service so I educate all day long. been thinkin about doing some youtube tutorials myself lately. the only question is.....should I wear clothes or not?
