The top rated girls have been there for a long time. There is a camscore that favours girls who are on very frequently and make a certain amount (a lot) per hour. I like the site too and find it a lot of fun to watch the good ones come up with more and more clever ways to shake tokens out of the room. I also like how girls are free to do (or not do) just about whatever they want and how they can make just about any business deal they want as long as it is in tokens.
For an experienced cam girl who likes to schmooze and chat it is probably the best one if they want to put in the hours. I would not send a green girl there tho. They can get discouraged fast because outside the top 200 it can be real tough going and if they are not on regularly and don't know - for example - to log off and not to wait around if the tips aren't rolling in. Their cam-score can plummet fast - so not only are they not making money they are seeing their ranking drop. Then poor vid has to not only hear them bitch about not making as much as they hoped but also bitching about their cam score and asking how it works (no one outside the company knows exactly what the formula is).
