I took a peak at the 'official stats' and its not even close to what Cuomo claims it is. They simply labeled fast cars 'assault cars' and narrowed the stats down so it would seem stupid not to pass a law.
This bill was removed from Cuomo's site (Yes, to all the people saying its fake, it WAS actually on Cuomo's website which is where this website got it from). But it will most likely be back up, with a changed name.
