I really can't believe that could happen in a free and a democratic country, because it looks like a crazy circus of absurd. In my country (you say it's called " theocrazy", right?) you can speak/write in ANY language you want and of course you can use any language in you operating system. Nobody will give a single fuck about it as long as your OS is obtained by legal ways (piracy is illegal).
