What do you do with an ex-wife that keeps trying to get schools, police, and social services involved in an attempt to get full custody of your child? The method used is always some type of abuse.

Always off the wall, always dismissed, but always causes problems.

She always uses any service that is free.

Can I file criminal charges if I have enough to convince a judge that she is intentionally lying in an attempt to harm me and take full custody at the same time? Suing her would be worthless.

My custody attorney's never have anything to say of value on this subject (except file for full custody which will cost you). Should I look for a criminal attorney?

I mean can't I get some type of protection where if she files a false claim again she will get thrown in the slammer? Surely something must exist??
