1. girls - onemodelplace or sexyjobs
2. $100/hr or so, min $250 probably (i never pay less than $400); give a little extra and your will get referrals from your models.
3. why not shoot at your house? if not you can rent a room, try the suites type hotels which give you some options, or you can try craigslist, be surprised how many peeps will rent out their house for $200 for an afternoon.
