I dealt with Sam from Adult Seo Solutions back in August 2012 and paid out $1,350 for 4 months of SEO for my website. When he couldn't get ANY of my keywords in the top 10 of Google in 4 months, he suckered me into giving him another 2 months and then he said I would get 100% of my money back as his guaranteed stated in his emails and on his site. Little did I know he was a swindler, con man, and liar. Bad enough he wasted my money and time when it could have went to a LEGIT ADULT SEO company. I see he ripped off hellboy78 as well for even more money. Oh, and when he took a solid month to get back to my skype's he had the old food poisoning excuse and told me he just needs 1-2 days to have his bank move or transfer the funds to Paypal to pay me. 2 weeks later, Sam avoids all skype's and emails from me and has NO INTENTIONS of paying me back or this other guy that was complaining that he had the same experience. God knows how many others this company has ripped off? Doesn't take a rocket scientist to know when you are being ignored after 4 weeks, so I sent this clown a new project from a different email address after 4 weeks had passed and Sam quickly responded back in 6 hrs and gave me the same BULLSHIT MONEY BACK GUARANTEE FOR THIS MADE UP NEW SITE. Oh yeah, from August 2012 to Feb 2013 most if not all my keywords were still out of the top 1000. Now, in 6 months you would think the guy would have all 10 keywords in top 1000, right? Nope, not this crappy company and he is also with PornSeo.org also out of the UK. He barely sent me 2 link building reports in last 2 months when they were to be sent weekly. During the 1st four months, I was always after him for link building reports and ranking reports at the end of each month. Ranking reports were non-existent and always gave me some poor ass excuse that his ranking software was broken and did it by hand, where he could lie to me and say my couple of keywords were in top 30 and in reality I ran the keywords from another ranking software and saw they were out of top 1000. I asked him to write the agreement into first paypal payment, so maybe it can the solution to have my money back.

Paypal has been no help to me. Haven't heard back from them yet, been over a week. Does American Express Get your money back after 120 days after the transaction?

the "chargeback" procedure it's an international procedure for all credit card transactions,
you can ask for a chargeback also after 180 days or more.
depend of the nature of the service or product you bought,
call your credit card for "chargeback", paypal will not help you at all, but if you see into paypal agreement, paypal talk about "chargeback", "if you are seller and a customer ask for a chargeback, you are responsible for that money, also after 180 days"

american express told me NO PROBLEMS about it's a very old transaction, I have the agreement, so they will send the chargeback request to paypal, then, we will see what Ashish will say about it (he should give proves that he made his job)

Well, my mastercard company said they can only return my last $450 which I paid in Nov. since it was within 120 days. The other 2 payments in Sept and Oct they couldn't help me with. But you think they will help me, Now, if I tell them to do a charge back to Paypal for everything? I read through the paypal charge back process but didn't see how far back my credit card company can ask for money back from them? Can you link me where it states how far back if my credit card company gives me a hard time again? Thanks
