I just wanted to get the word out about TripleXVentures.com. Our main focus is connecting Accredited Investors with companies within the Adult Entertainment industry. We are currently working on the development of our site, which should be live within the next couple of months. Our main selling point is that we don't charge a percentage of the deal a company and the investor agree on. Instead, we charge investors a one time fee for access to our company database and the companies an ongoing monthly fee to have access to our database of accredited investors. Also note that our ENTIRE investor pool will be accredited investors which will significantly limit the paperwork and lawyers involved in a private equity offering.
