I honestly believe... That the United States would kick ass.
I don't know too much about the status of Russia's armed forces. Everything seems to be in disarray there still with their military. With that said, remember what happened during WWII - Mother Russia just kept throwing in fresh division after division; Divisions of men Russia itself didn't know it had until it needed them.
China's military is huge, but technologically inferior. They are just starting to work with stealth technology, twenty or thirty year old technology. China also has no Blue Water Navy - meaning, their navy is unable to do anything other than operate off it's own coast. China also does not have an aircraft carrier - other than the one they bought some time ago from the Russians which is not in operation.
Then compare this to the United States that has invaded two countries in the past ten years or fifteen years and kicked ass. In fact, the United States has re-defined the nature of warfare - Instead of large armies and navies slugging it out across vast areas, small pinprick attacks shut down command & communications and tracking, render military forces unable to communicate or move, and destroys the ability of governments to function.
