There are a shit load of possible angles. Even as an affiliate in theory I have a case for unfair competition against Manwin in that they have profited from illegally created conditions which have damaged my business.

Unfair competition in a sense means that the competitors compete on unequal terms, because favorable or disadvantageous conditions are applied to some competitors but not to others; or that the actions of some competitors actively harm the position of others with respect to their ability to compete on equal and fair terms. It contrasts with fair competition, in which the same rules and conditions are applied to all participants, and the competitive action of some does not harm the ability of others to compete. Often, unfair competition means that the gains of some participants are conditional on the losses of others, when the gains are made in ways which are illegitimate or unjust.

In theory anyway. The reason why these guys aren't getting hit has a lot to do with them buying up the industry with their illegal gains. It's mainly big players who have the funds to go after them and there are few left. Of those many are working with them (just look at the kiss asses we see here). It generally takes a big player (or some major incident) to make some noise
and stick with it to get the government's attention.
Also it doesn't help that AVN and XBIZ try to give them legitimacy and make it seem as if the entire industry is behind them. It's great to see this Fox story because it's showing that the adult industry news shills are losing their power to whitewash things.
