Zero. I get highly annoyed when people send me a question or help request, then force me to follow through with their Spam Arrest protocol just so I can help them out. I assume others get equally as annoyed. While using a service like Spam Arrest may help me out with less junk mail, I don't feel it's worth the annoyance of potential partners.
