You might want to give
elliptical machines a try. I have a bit of a bum right knee and I find treadmill jogging too high impact for it.
Ellipticals on the other hand I find much better suited for my needs. Low impact for the joints and I find the workout better than stationary bikes. Put on headphones, favourite playlist and an hour goes by without you even noticing.
