That's an interesting point - My step father has this idea that if he has a single cig he has failed and I think that had made it harder for him.

I was thinking about that because nicotine is a stimulant - However, I have been vaping so I still get the nicotine.
There might be other chemicals in cigs that increase metabolism - I will look and see what 'The Google' tells me
