Well, I know that this is the 14th TPF and the 9th time at the TMP; so I am going to guess that the closing party is going to be very extravagant and who knows, maybe they will give away $10k with a trip to Rio.
I don't win things like that, so I just figured the graphics guy got carried away, but it looked cool so they left it.
