I suspect the majority of PBBC members have been victims of bullying for a large part of their lives, most certainly while going to school.

It is a sad reality that victims of bullying do turn to bullies themselves if given the opportunity (even if only online).

These PBBC members should grow up or get some counselling for their past traumas.
