Paxum Story (Employee)

I know and fully understand the KYC system. After dealing with their Ticket Support and contacting Ruth in this situation it didn't went through. So here's the full story.

My employee sign up on Paxum he is located at PH. Now I let him sign up because we cant afford to pay $46 every Wire transfer and high percentage in Western Union each week. So he sign up and he upload his ID's, he does not have any ID other than Social Security System ID (National ID considerable) A voters ID from Commission on Election well Paxum declined the application because they need a Primary ID, but in the Primary Section when you try to upload your id's it indicates the ID Card so he put the SSS ID in primary section because it's considerable to be an ID Card and a National ID. Both ID's are declined and application is denied. Of course we amended the first decision and show the proof on the website of SSS that the ID is considerable to be a national ID. The only and last response we got is that we need to notarized the ID's. Isn't it fabulous?

So I let him transferred to Redpass and Payoneer to try it out. They have KYC rules and policies but it seems these company (Payoneer) doesn't require to notarized your documents. So we decided to stay in Payoneer this time.

The bottom-line question: Will you guys do the necessary things "notarizing it for KYC purpose"?
