Yep, when the most sophisticated and powerful Government in the world wants to do something, within its own territory where everything is under its control, for some unexplained reason it requires thousands of people to accomplish, all of whom, for some equally never explained reason, just can't wait to spill the beans on their crimes.
OTOH, cave dwelling Arab goat herders can pull off the same feat, against the most powerful, well defended and intelligence savvy nation in history, with less than two dozen men, and without ever giving the slightest clue what's about to happen.
