We never ran into bans when we were load testing our platform (50k trafficholder visitors in a day). Banning a website would require significant rewrite to their htaccess. For a website that streams 10 blu-ray discs worth of content every second, i'm pretty sure they're not concerned about people hotlinking their 8k images that they originally wanted you to use.

The link above from xvideos states that there are no limits to how many videos you can embed on your site. Many large websites embed/hotlink from xvideos.
