Shouldn't the FSC have launched this site when 2257 was actually being initially discussed, not several years afterwards when almost everyone has forgotten about it?
Not saying they are slow on the uptake or anything but to me this just seems like another of their 'we need money' so lets create some panic in the industry moves.
